There's the world's most expensive city (and the world's most expensive city for expats). There's also the world's most beautiful city, and the world's friendliest cities. Now, the 2018 results are in for the Economist Intelligence Unit's "Global Liveability Report," which provides scores for lifestyle challenges in 140 cities worldwide. You'll notice a few changes to this year's top 10, including Melbourne being bumped out of first place and Japan nabbing two spots after not even making an appearance last year. And before you even look, be warned that zero U.S. cities made the cut...again. There's always 2019.
